Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of registration.

Trinity Klein Cancellation Policy:   *All cancellations will be charged a 5% cancellation fee.

*7-14 days prior to first day of registered camp a 10% cancellation fee (includes processing fee & admin. fee) will apply.

*Less that 7 days prior to first day of registered camp, Cancellations are non-refundable and no transfers are allowed. 

We work really hard all year to plan, organize and staff our camps. Last minute cancellations are detrimental to our program therefore no refund is given.
