CAMP Schedule Example

Monday/Tuesday & Thursday/Friday Camp Schedule for Week 1 

7:30 AM - 8:00 AM: Drop-Off & Arrival 

8:00 AM - 8:30 AM: Transition to Classrooms & Morning Devotions

8:30 AM - 9:30 AM: Block 1 - Sports (1st & 2nd), Cooking (5th & 6th), Snack & Elective (3rd & 4th)

* 1st and 2nd leave sports at 9:15 to have snack before cooking* 

9:45 AM - 10:45 AM: Block 2 -  Sports (3rd & 4th), Cooking (1st & 2nd), Snack & Elective (5th & 6th)

11:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Block 3 - Sports (5th & 6th), Cooking (3rd & 4th), Elective Options (1st & 2nd)

* Go back to classrooms and get ready for lunch *

12:15 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch    

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Leads can choose how to fill this time (playground, pier, send to breakout room, etc)

2:00 - 3:00 PM: Movie/Downtime in classroom *Friday we will have a dessert truck during this time*

3:00 PM - 3:30 PM: Clean Rooms & Camper Pick-Up

3:30 PM - 5:00 PM: After-Care

What are Electives? Electives will be a chance for your camper to have dedicated time to engage in activities that truly spark their interest. Whether it's tackling LEGO challenges, learning to crochet, making slime, or exploring introductory theater, our goal is to ensure that every camper experiences what they love. Elective options will be sent out on Fridays, giving you the chance to choose the perfect activity for your camper. And if you don't make a selection, no worries—we'll ensure they join a breakout session that suits their interests.
